INTER-CONNECTION CANADA'S TEAM
 
Alli Amlani, (Nasiralli Amlani) himself an immigrant from Nairobi, Kenya (1976) is the founder of Inter-Connections Canada. His extensive experience in owning, operating, and managing various commercial, industrial, service and consulting businesses overseas and in Canada has contributed to Inter-Connections Canada's success story. The key factor, however, is his in-depth technical understanding of Canadian Immigration Law; built up over the years in his working associations with leading lawyers, top consultants and interacting with senior Immigration officials.
 
Alli also serves as a volunteer consultant on the Immigration Advisory Committee of the Ismaili Council. He is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and a liaison for the association with stakeholders.
 
His other affiliations include membership in the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce, North York Chamber of Commerce, Canorient Christian Association, Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services, Canada-Sri Lanka Business council.
 
He was a delegate in the 2002 Canada trade mission to India and a host to the Maharashtra Economic Development Council’s mission on Education to Canada. He participated in successful election campaign for Don Valley East. His peers, the government, community publications and educational institutes, have recognized his notable contribution to the Canadian Immigration program and the consulting industry.
 
He was instrumental in setting up the first educational twinning program between Chetana Institute of India and Seneca College in Canada. This program enables students to attain Canadian qualifications by attending the program in their own country in part and then concluding the other part in Canada.
 
Zeenat Shariff, as an immigrant herself to Canada from Tanzania, brings a unique understanding and sensitivity to the needs of our clients.  Her role as the Director, International Operations is also enhanced by her earlier career experience. 
 
Since 1988, first as an overseas representative, next as an immigrant and eventually in her current role. She was a delegate in the 2002 Canada Trade Mission to India and an active participant in the recent federal election campaign for Don Valley East.
 
As a member in good standing of CAPIC and a CCIC (Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant) accredited by the regulatory body CSIC, she assures honest and professional counseling to our clientele.
Her educational training in professional development, specific to immigration, added to over 18 years of experience in practice, enables her to provide appropriate guidance to our clientele that she represents. 
Zeenat is an astute coordinator and negotiator for the clientele and a relentless settlement co-coordinator.  Her expertise combined with her care for clients has immensely contributed to the well being of several individuals and families who have settled successfully in Canada.
 
Mohinder Singh, an immigrant from India since 2003, brings with him over 13 years of legal expertise. Prior to moving, he was a Lawyer, practicing in Mumbai, India. He has extensive experience in having handled complex cases in Courts throughout India. His trial and appellate experience include numerous appearances  at all levels in Administrative, Quasi-Judicial & judicial proceedings up to The Supreme Court of India.
 
Holding Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management, he practiced in the field of criminal law having conducted trials in several languages apart from English. He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and The Sessions Court Bar Association.
 
Mohinder is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant being a member in Good Standing of CSIC and CAPIC. He is also an active volunteer at CAPIC Seminars and has helped several colleagues achieve the required standards of regulation. He specializes in presenting appeals before The Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration & Refugee Board and representing Employers in obtaining positive Arranged Employment and Labor Market Opinions for Foreign Workers from HRSDC (Human Resources and Skills Canada).
 
As a client service manager on the Inter-Connections team, he diligently and passionately attends to new inquiries, prescreens and manages the intake besides counseling clients to help them with their needs.
 
Nasim Amlani
Director Inland Operations

For more than four years, Nasim has been responsible for the financial transactions of the company.  Being a people person, she co-ordinates accommodation for new comers as well as their initial needs.  Maintaining accuracy in applications, and ensuring precise packaging and quality of submissions is also part of her responsibility.  Her task of ensuring the smooth running of the office and dealing with suppliers has never a dull moment.
 
Rayomand Dubash
Logistics Administrator
 
Rayomand has been associated with Inter-Connections Canada, since March 2000 as District Manager - Karachi office. He joined the head office after becoming a permanent resident of Canada. At the Head office, Rayomand prepares submissions, scrutinizes documents for authenticity and assists the President in handling sensitive and confidential issues. He doubles as a placement Co-ordinator and assists in seeking employment for newly landed immigrants.
Rayomand is also incharge of preparation of Investor Applications, Removal of Terms & Conditions application and Citizenship Applications.
 
Yasmin Wadia
Administrator - Inland Operations
 
Yasmin immigrated from India in 1993. Ever since, she has been the IC team member in helping Canadian sponsors make Family Class applications. Having attended the professional development course at the Seneca College, she continues to co-ordinate the much needed dissemination of information from the Immigration department to CAPIC members and contributes to the IC volunteer program for the community.

Iris Coutinho 
Administrator, Inland Operations
 
Iris immigrated from Abu Dhabi in . She is a team member of Inter-Connections since 1999. Initially starting off as a Co-ordinator for the Annual Get-together, thereafter, having acquired  considerable knowledge of the Canadian Immigration System, was assigned the responsiblity of "Administrator - Inland Operations". She also provides assistance to the Director of International Operations. Iris handles reception duties, updating client database and keeping track of client files.
 
Pallavi Patel
Administrator-Accounts
 
Pallavi immigrated from Kenya in September 2001. At the Head Office, she is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable, bank reconciliation, maintaining Agents accounts and preparation of the staff payroll.

Aziz Kazani 
Network Administrator

Aziz immigrated from India in 1997. At the head office, he looks after the maintenance and troubleshooting of the network and computer workstations. He performs routine maintenance, systems upgrades and is responsible for back-ups and disaster recovery operations.
